Type of wine: Red wine cask Minimum aging of 9 months. Cask of American and French wood.
Between 16º – 18º C.
Creation: Created on the basis of a careful selection of grapes from rare strains of vine and gathered during the night at their ideal maturation point. Coupage occurs once cask aging is finished, for a better blend. It remains in the bottle for 12 months in the darkness of our wine cellar.
Gastronomy: Good pairing with meats, stews, game and cheeses.
Tasting marks: “Intensive red cherry colour of upper layer. Intense mature red fruit aromas with roasts, vanilla and dry fruits. Large in mouth, good body tasting and perfect assembly, it leaves intense long persistent end of mouth.”
