Participation Trophy India Pale Ale 7.1%

A hazy IPA crafted with our non hazy IPA yeast, we played around with New Zealand grown hops as well as some new experimental varieties and finished it off with a new dry hop extract product.  Basically an exercise in hop experimentation.

aroma Peach, passion fruit, pineapple, strawberry, light sticky / resin / dank
flavor Big and peachy up front with lots of strawberry and cantaloupe in the middle, transitions to pineapple before finishing resinous, slightly spicy, sticky and dank with a firm, clean bitterness.
